I created Heal Your Sh!t when I noticed how many of us don't have the tools necessary to manage our mental + emotional health.

 

In the 2020 lockdown, I saw firsthand how many people were completely overwhelmed by their fears, anxieties and depressive thoughts.

I saw how commonplace it was for people to cope with drugs, alcohol binging social media,

food or Netflix rather than looking at what's really going on in our inner world.

 

I need you to know a different way is possible. I need you to know that it's safe to look at and begin to heal your anxieties,

fears and self sabotaging thoughts simply by shining the light of awareness on them.

We can ask them what they're here to teach us and move on, rather than staying stuck in a downward spiral for days, months, or even years.


We all have the power to overcome fears, anxieties and hard times

and i'd be honored to help you unlock that knowing in your own life.

 

That's what this course is. I teach you the processes that have helped me in my own life cope with

turbulence and challenges. Because let's be real.. this human experience can be far from perfect.

We need to know how to cope and build our resiliency through the ups and downs life brings our way.

And let me be clear: healing is neither linear or a one and done thing.

Like I said, life will bring challenges. And those challenges get SO much harder when we're beating ourselves up,

or we're moving too fast to check in with ourselves and how we're actually doing.

Life is so much more difficult when we don't have the confidence to set clear boundaries in our lives,

or when we're fixated on some past mistake we made years ago.

The more you implement these practices into your life,

the less weighed down you feel by life and the challenges that arise.

It doesn't mean life is perfect,

it just means you'll be equipped to handle whatever comes your way.
