This is a community container for birthers to feel seen, supported and connected to others in a similar season of newborn and postpartum life.

We will dive into topics around:

  • Honoring your body through its changes

  • Eating nourishing foods to fuel your body rather than cut calories to ‘bounce back’.

  • Dismantling toxic bounce back culture.

  • Body feeding successes and struggles

  • Maintaining intimacy with your partner through this transitional time

  • And anything else that surfaces during our time together.
